Gaspard Van Hamme

Gaspard Van Hamme holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Studies from the Muséum National d’Histoire Naturelle in Paris. His main interests lie at the intersection of development, neoliberalism, and society-nature relationships. Currently, he is a doctoral candidate in anthropology at the Musée de l’Homme in Paris. His research combines visual and political ecology approaches to investigate local life in the forests of the Congo Basin amidst increasing land pressure and changing environments.
