Ioulita Toumazi
Ioulita Toumazi (b.1996, Cyprus) is an art theorist, curator and writer. She holds an MA in History of Art from UCL and a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Kent. Her current research revolves around postcolonialism, memory and language, especially in the Cypriot context. She has curated and co-curated various exhibitions and projects. Her latest in 2023 were ‘we can only begin to notice’ at NiMAC, ‘Clementine dies again’ at Pickle Bar and ‘P.S. x10’ at Garage art space. She was also the project manager of multiple cultural and artistic projects, like ‘The Broken Pitcher’ with Thkio Ppalies.
