Smaragda Karamperi

Smaragda Karamperi (a.k.a. ΤοΣμαράγδι) is a visual artist and undergraduate student at the Athens School of Fine Arts. While having a background in painting and sculpture, her art practice is currently focused on the moving image and creative writing. Her work touches upon the distortion of simple human activities and explores everyday life in a surrealistic and metaphoric approach.
